2. All Necessary Equipment. We’ll provide all the essential equipment needed to create your coffee delights, ensuring a seamless experience.

3. Travel Expenses. We’ll cover the travel costs to bring our expertise right to your location.

4. Setup. Our team will handle the setup, making sure everything is perfectly arranged for your event.

5. Tear Down. Once everything is wrapped up, we’ll take care of the cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy.

6. Taxes. All applicable taxes are included, so there are no hidden surprises!

Are there any drinks available besides coffee?

Absolutely! We’ve got you covered with a delightful selection of beverages. In addition to our exceptional coffee, we offer creamy sweetened milk steamers for a cozy treat, three varieties of tea to suit your mood, rich hot chocolate for that sweet indulgence, and aromatic chai for a spiced delight. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.

What are your electricity needs?

All of our coffee equipment is designed to plug into standard outlets (15 amp circuit, 120V), but we will require a dedicated circuit just for the coffee cart for optimal power supply. This ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently during your event.

What amount of space do you require?

Our coffee cart measures 5 feet in length and 2 feet in width. To provide enough room for each barista to work comfortably behind the cart, we kindly ask for a minimum space of 5 feet by 5 feet for the cart. This allows us to serve you efficiently while creating a delightful experience.

Is it possible for individuals to pay for their own drinks at the event?

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate individual payments for drinks during the event, as it would necessitate additional personnel, equipment, and a separate point of sale (POS) system. Our service is designed to align with our catering agreements to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

What are your requirements for the venue?

Our requirements are quite simple

We need wheelchair accessibility at the service location since our equipment is cart-based.

Access to on-site power is essential, although we do bring our own extension cords.

We'd appreciate having a designated contact person on-site to greet our baristas and guide them on where to setup.

Finally, adequate space for setup is important to ensure everything runs great.
